Prenatal Parent Education
Learn what you need to know, or refresh your knowledge, about postpartum recovery, newborn care, breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding, bonding & attachment, baby wearing, as well as tips on postpartum household organization. This session, or sessions, are fully customizable to your unique needs and will occur in person or virtually in the comfort and security of your own home.

Postpartum Visits
Postpartum support includes, but is not limited to, emotional support & hands-on help with the following: childbirth recovery, infant care, breastfeeding & bottle feeding, coping skills, household organization & chores, family transitions with partners, older children & pets. Easing the transition into being a new or bigger family and empowering you in your parental independence is our passion & expertise!
