As a postpartum doula, and mother of 3, I am passionate about empowering mothers & fathers to nurture their families with skills and confidence. I believe that the quality of the transition a family experiences after the birth of a baby lays the foundation for health & happiness for years to come. Through emotional support, hands-on help, and evidence-based education about and during the postpartum & newborn periods, new parents and families can be instilled with the skills and confidence they need to nurture successfully.

I consider it a profound privilege to be invited into a family's sacred space during this transformational time in their lives, and it is truly my honor to play a role in supporting your well-being, your parenting philosophy, and your family goals.
